Annual Day of Caring

United Way of Butte and Anaconda announces it will hold its annual Day of Caring on Thursday, June 22, 2017.

The Day of Caring is a day the United Way sets aside to bring volunteers together to make a positive difference in the community through community service projects.  This year's local Day of Caring projects will focus on helping two local non-profits, the Butte Kiwanis Sunshine Camp and the Spririt of Columbia Gardens Carousel.

We are excited to once again return to the Sunshine Camp with a Day of Caring project and at the same, for the first time, help the Spirit of Columbia Gardens Carousel with projects that will get them closer to Opening Day.  The assistance our volunteers provide is truly a win-win for all involved.

If you would like to volunteer for the day of caring, please call the United Way office at 782-1255, email Julie at or visit our Volunteer page on this website.
